Imagine: You have a Google account that you use to 1) put GoogleAdSense ads on your site and 2) publish an application.
Google tells you that you have defrauded the ads, and blocks your AdSense account.
And as a result, Google also removes your application from GooglePlay. And then you lose all the customers who have been using your app for 7 years.
This is exactly what happened to the author of DroidScript.
And as usual, no recourse to Google.
