Du côté de l’enseignement supérieur privé lucratif, les inspecteurs IGAS-IGESR continuent de montrer, avec l’OFCE, l’Assemblée Nationale et le Sénat, l’existence d’une martingale de ressources publiques, pouvant aller jusqu’à 90 % des ressources des écoles. Ce généreux financement, distribué sans cahier des charges ni contrôle, a contribué à une croissance insoutenable du secteur, qui est maintenant au bord de l’explosion.
