Put the 1TB most important data of Internet accessible on an HDD with a WIFI hotspot. The disk contains a copy of Wikipedia (including in the local language when possible), Wiktionary, and other content. It is also possible to add applications (blogs, wikis, NextCloud, Minetest...)
The idea is interesting: To be able to show a final image, but without the person being able to reuse it. The image is more readable than a complete blur (you can see details everywhere), and it is still too expensive to retouch to remove the triangles. It is more effective than a classic watermark.

This gives you a ton of power, because now you can apply all the existing tools on your computer that already know how to deal with files -- terminal commands, scripting languages, point-and-click explorers, etc -- and use them to control and communicate with your browser.
